As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager who’s ready to lead our sales team and take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and local business partners

• Track sales performance and report on key metrics

• Oversee customer service to ensure top-tier satisfaction

• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and local outreach

• Stay up to date on LINE-X products, truck accessories, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or sales leadership role (automotive industry preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Basic computer skills (POS, CRM, Microsoft Office)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus

• Must have a valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $30,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience and skills
