Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Ensures operations follow local codes & established LINE-X procedures
• Thorough understanding of all LINE-X products and services
• Supervises completion of all daily tasks
• Trains and manages sales and technical installation teams
• Monitors sales, costs, and profits
• Generates all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitors quality control in all phases of operation
• Arranges maintenance of shop and equipment as necessary
• Performs financial functions as required
• Practices superior customer service
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
• Helps develop marketing promotions and strategies as required
• Performs any other job function as necessary to ensure the business is running in a
profitable and efficient manner
Education and Experience:
• BS/BA Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay is negotiable based on experience and other factors.
